4. Purchase of Products
All advertised products on www.floralgrace.co.uk are invitations to treat and no offer of sale is implied. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the products you have described in your order. We can then decide whether to accept your offer to purchase the products in your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch your goods. We will email you to advise you that your goods have been dispatched. At any point until then, we may decline to fulfil your order without giving you a reason. Once we have accepted your order a legally binding contract will exist between you and us and you will charged for your order and we will be obliged to fulfil your order.

When payment must be made
We must receive payment before we dispatch any order. Payment must be made within 7 days of placing your order.
Your receipt for payment
Your receipt for payment will be sent to you in the same package as your purchased product. If you would prefer an alternative arrangement, please notify us at the time of placing your order.
Availability of advertised products
We try to ensure that all our featured products are available when you place an order (except for personalized products). However, if for any reason, the featured product is not available we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you that it is out of stock. We cannot guarantee that all products featured will be available. All products are subject to availability.
5. Delivery and Returns
We only deliver within the UK.
We deliver all products using Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or Special Delivery™ service*.
Delivery charges
Standard Delivery for total cost of products:
£0.01 - £9.99 = £2.95
£10.00 - £49.99 = £3.95
£50.00 - £99.99 = £5.95
£100.00 - £149.99 = £8.95
£150.00 and over = £12.95
*A signature is required by the Royal Mail representative; therefore, please ensure that you specify an address where someone is able to accept the delivery.
Dispatch
For products ordered and immediately paid for using PayPal
In stock products - we dispatch items the next working day.
Personalized products - we normally dispatch within 14 days of receiving your order.
For products ordered and paid for by cheque or postal order
In stock products - if you place an order for an in stock product, we will dispatch your order as soon as payment has been made. Please make payment within 7 days of placing your order. Personalized products - if you place an order for a personalized product, we will dispatch your order within 14 days of receiving your order providing payment has been made. Please make payment within 7 days of placing your order. All payments must be cleared before we can dispatch your order. Estimated Delivery
As we use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or Special Delivery™ service it is possible that your order may arrive the next day. However, as the Royal Mail is a third-party we do not have any control over their service and consequently cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Gift Wrapping
All our products can be gift wrapped at no extra charge. Simply select the GIFT WRAPPED option before adding to cart.
Corporate Accounts
For corporate accounts, delivery can be with Royal Mail or by a Floral Grace Representative, as agreed between both parties.
Packaging
The packaging we normally use is as follows:
Floral Stationery - bubble-lined, sealed envelope
Lizziebee™ cards - cardboard backed envelope
Floral Arrangements - Postal boxes
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate packaging material for the product that you have ordered.
Returns
Non-faulty products
We try our best to photograph our products so that you can see clearly what you are buying. However, if you receive your purchased product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return the product to us and claim a full refund or exchange provided the product is returned to us within 30 days of receipt and is in a saleable condition. We only ask that you pay for the postage to return it to us. Please note: This returns policy for non-faulty products does not apply to personalized products. However, please contact us at enquiries@floralgrace.co.uk so we can try to agree a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Faulty products
If you receive your purchased product and it is faulty or the incorrect order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of returning the product to us. The cost of the return postage and the original purchase price will be refunded to you in one payment.

The following information must be provided when returning products to us so we can deal with your return quickly and efficiently:

We recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting which is available free of charge from the Post Office for all products that you wish to return because you will be responsible for all products until we receive them.
Return of payment
We aim to refund payments within 7 days of receiving returned products. In the case of faulty products, we refund the cost of return postage and the purchase price in one payment.
6. Description of products
Colour of products
We make every effort to photograph our products carefully so that you can clearly see what you are ordering. However, some computers and internet browsers alter the colour slightly. If you are unhappy with your purchased product, please refer to our Returns
Policy.
Accuracy of descriptions
We try to ensure that all our product descriptions are accurate and up to date.
The measurements of products are approximate only. We provide measurements in metric and imperial. They are a rough guide only and the conversion from metric to imperial may not be 100% accurate.
The description of colours & containers is intended as a guide only.
Packaging may vary from that shown.
Floral Grace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Suitability of our products
Our products are not suitable for young children due to small parts used.
Our products are not edible.
Our products are not perfumed. (except the handmade soaps)
Our products are not water-resistant. Colour may run if any of our products come into contact with water and/or any other type of liquid.
Our floral arrangements should not be immersed in water.
Our cold porcelain products should not be immersed in water. They are NOT edible. They should be treated with care.
Please refer to the care labels that are supplied with all our products for specific care instructions.
8. Our prices
Duration of prices
Our advertised prices remain valid until otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to increase our prices at our discretion.
We cannot confirm the price of a product until we accept your order.
We try to ensure that our website content is free from error. However, we reserve the right not to fulfil any orders at the advertised price if we have quoted the incorrect price.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
We are currently not VAT registered.
9. Amendment of your order
Amending an order
With exception to our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse to amend any order. However, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Mistake in ordering
After you have communicated your order to us (by telephone, fax, email or online) with exception to our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse to amend any order.
Please contact us immediately notifying us of your mistake so we can try to remedy the situation at the earliest opportunity.

Our right to make promotional offers
We reserve the right to make promotional offers at any time, such as offering reduced prices on products for a limited period. Such offers will only be available during limited periods of time which will be clearly detailed on the SALE page of the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time.

Our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence is not excluded under this agreement.
