Our standard delivery service means that we will deliver all products using Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or Special Delivery™ service*.
Delivery charges
Standard Delivery for total cost of products:
£0.01 - £9.99 = £2.95
£10.00 - £49.99 = £3.95
£50.00 - £99.99 = £5.95
£100.00 - £149.99 = £8.95
£150.00 and over = £12.95
*A signature is required by the Royal Mail representative; therefore, please ensure that you specify an address where someone is able to accept the delivery.

For products ordered and immediately paid for using PayPal
In stock products - we dispatch items the next working day.
Personalized products - we normally dispatch within 14 days of receiving your order.
For products ordered and paid for by cheque or postal order
In stock products - if you place an order for an in stock product, we will dispatch your order as soon as payment has been made. Please make payment within 7 days of placing your order. As we use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or Special Delivery™ service it is possible that your order may arrive the next day. However, as the Royal Mail is a third-party we do not have any control over their service and consequently cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

All our products can be gift wrapped at no extra charge. Simply select the GIFT WRAPPED option before adding to cart.

For corporate accounts, delivery can be with Royal Mail or by a Floral Grace Representative, as agreed between both parties.
