Returns


Non-faulty products
We try our best to photograph our products so that you can see clearly what you are buying. However, if you receive your purchased product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return the product to us and claim a full refund or exchange provided the product is returned to us within 30 days of receipt and is in a saleable condition. We only ask that you pay for the postage to return it to us. Please note: This returns policy for non-faulty products does not apply to personalized products. However, please contact us at enquiries@floralgrace.co.uk so we can try to agree a mutually satisfactory resolution.


Faulty products
If you receive your purchased product and it is faulty or the incorrect order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of returning the product to us. The cost of the return postage and the original purchase price will be refunded to you in one payment.

Information we require from you for faulty and non-faulty returns
The following information must be provided when returning products to us so we can deal with your return quickly and efficiently:

  • Your full name

  • Your contact address

  • Copy of postal receipt for return postage (for faulty products only)

  • Address to which payment should be sent (including PayPal refunds)

We recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting which is available free of charge from the Post Office for all products that you wish to return because you will be responsible for all products until we receive them.


Return of payment
We aim to refund payments within 7 days of receiving returned products. In the case of faulty products, we refund the cost of return postage and the purchase price in one payment.
